Function:

• Sales staff are the people who directly sell, introduce and promote the System's products to customers.
• Responsible for implementing and completing sales targets according to regulations to ensure sales and targets of the Department.

Mission:

• Find customers, introduce, consult and sell vehicles that the system is trading.
• Negotiate and advise customers on purchasing methods that the system is applying, including selling prices at the time of contract signing.
• Monitor customer contract performance.
• Monitor and support the delivery of vehicles and documents to customers.
• Receive and process customer complaints within the scope of work.
• Maintain and develop relationships with customers
• Contact to find new customers and potential customers.
• Find out the need to expand market search.
• Find out customer needs and introduce System products to customers.
• Report work results and make sales plans.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
