JOB DESCRIPTION

Receiving orders from customers
Track shipment progress and manage orders- Make documents to send customers and track payments
Provide and advise fully and accurately product information to meet customer needs.
Customer care (Receiving customer feedback and handling feedback)
Go to market, contact customers and support sales events.
Quotation and contract drafting.
Ability to communicate, solve problems, handle situations quickly
