- Sales in Hanoi market
- Maintain existing network of distributors, agents, and partners
- Expand markets, search, establish relationships and sell products in assigned areas.
- Consulting, supporting and developing sales support plans at point of sale.
- Make implementation plans according to the company's assigned targets.
- Update quotes, new products, sales policies and promotional programs.
- Coordinate the organization of events, seminars, events, ... according to the company's plan (if any)
- Coordinate with relevant departments to handle customer complaints about product quality, delivery time, product warranty...
- Coordinate with accounting department to check and reconcile customer debts. Immediately notify the Head of Department of problems that cannot be resolved (if any) for timely handling.
- Carry out periodic reports weekly, monthly and other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
