Job description
-Check, monitor and control the operation of the electrical system, AHU, ventilation system, domestic water system, computer equipment and building structure of the theater to prevent and reduce damage. maintain maximum performance of systems and equipment.
-Set up and perform routine maintenance daily, monthly, quarterly, annually.
-Manage and propose measures to improve maintenance machinery and equipment.
- Offer to purchase replacement parts, spare parts monthly, quarterly and annually to meet the equipment maintenance plans in the theater.
-Help other departments when required with the consent of theater manager or department head.
-In addition to maintenance duties, responsible for supervising the handling of monthly breakdowns.
- Fire safety:
- Check and maintain the fire alarm system regularly.
-Participate in fire safety training classes.
-Contact the building and the local fire department to ask for their help in the event of an emergency.
Job requirements
- Graduated from college or university majoring in Refrigeration/Electrical Engineering.
- Having technical experience in maintaining refrigeration, electricity, ventilation, domestic water systems... in buildings, industrial parks...
- Ability to work in shifts and on holidays/New Year's.
