1. Operate technical systems Daily operate technical systems in the building (electricity, refrigeration, water supply and drainage, elevator, gas supply, lighting in the building.
2. Checking the systems and equipment: Periodically check the status of the equipment.
3. Equipment maintenance: Periodic maintenance of equipment within the allowable range
4. Troubleshooting:
- When an incident occurs, quickly identify the cause and remedy it within the scope of competence.
- Immediately report to the direct manager to contact the supplier in case there is an agreement on responsibility for handling
5. Minor repairs at the building
6. Performing technical service work.
7. Carry out fire prevention and fighting work
8.Other quests
- Check and record monthly electricity, water and gas consumption of customers - Report daily and extraordinary work at the request of the Building Management Board.
- Check lighting and air conditioning equipment at service areas and offices at the end of the working day to ensure safety and save energy.
- Coordinate with the security department in the prevention of floods, storms and other emergency situations.
