Welcoming guests and performing check-in and check-out procedures.
- Coordinate leading guests into the lobby or reception area.
- Provide information and answer guests' questions about the building's services and activities around the area. (if information is available).
- Maintain customer privacy and information security.
- Resolve problems that arise during the use of the building's services, including moving meeting rooms, office rooms, providing replacement services or resolving complaints.
- Keep close contact with other departments in the building, such as the cleaning department, maintenance department, security department, and office block to ensure smooth and efficient service.
