Personnel:
- Participating in the development of HR management processes, regulations, policies, reward, discipline, and labor regulations.
- Salary, bonus, monthly commission for employees, collaborators, training costs, costs of paying social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance.
- Responsible for staff training and development.
- Manage employee records and information according to current regulations.
Recruit:
- Implement the recruitment plan that has been built to ensure stable human resources for the company's operations.
- Update market information on recruitment situation, propose recruitment programs to improve recruitment efficiency.
- Implement and ensure that the recruitment process complies with recruitment regulations and procedures.
- Inform, attract, screen, interview, report results & analyze recruitment situation.
- Continuously improve work, make periodic/unscheduled reports on recruitment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of HR Department.
