- Organizing and implementing training activities of the Company;
- In charge of training new employees according to the company's process;
- Teaching internal training contents as assigned by superiors;
- Develop and complete standardization of training programs and documents from the parent company;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program;
- Participate in activities to build the company's learning culture;
- Participate in activities to build corporate culture
- Perform other duties and roles as assigned by direct management.

Request
- Male, College or higher, preferably graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or related pedagogical and social disciplines...
- Good communication skill;
- Work organization & time management skills;
- Pedagogical, communication and guiding skills;
- Proficient in using Word, Excel, Power Point, Email;
- Dynamic and proactive in work.
- Priority is given to candidates who have experience in training, activities to build learning culture, building corporate culture.
