- Organizing and implementing training activities of the Company;
- In charge of training new employees according to the company's process;
- Teaching internal training contents as assigned by superiors;
- Develop and complete standardization of training programs and documents from the parent company;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of the training program;
- Participate in activities to build the company's learning culture;
- Participate in activities to build corporate culture
- Perform other duties and roles as assigned by direct management.
