1. Job content
- Support Japanese customers and advise them on labor-related procedures and regulations
-Support tasks such as salary calculation and social insurance
- Perform tasks such as applying for work permits, visas, etc. for customers
- Work and contact with relevant departments
- Translation, interpretation and other administrative work
- Tasks requested by superiors
2. Requirements
- Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of administration and human resources (salary calculation, social insurance, drafting labor contracts, etc.)
- Have Japanese certificate N2 or higher
- Agile, flexible, skillful when communicating with customers
- Graduating from foreign language universities majoring in Japanese is an advantage
