1. Development of new models and patterns with special details using special technologies (gluing, seaming, etc..)
2. Create new products and improve existing product processes to save time and keep quality up to standard
• Note and describe the new product development process and save it in the company's system.
• Liaise with development teams in Denmark and Latvia to develop new technologies/methods and solve problems/cases
• Ensure special technology machinery is in good working order, perform daily maintenance and cleaning, ensure all necessary spare parts are ordered
• Pattern maker/helper for sewing
• Introducing new special technologies at SP Vietnam. Deploying technology, testing machines, and training workers to use machines
• Consult with designers during the introduction of new technology
• Teach tailors/workers to operate the correct sewing method/technology.
• Do time rating profiling, by inviting a time rating expert
