5. Participate in negotiating joint venture contracts, business cooperation contracts and other contracts during the investment preparation process as assigned.
6. Closely contact local authorities, partners, and contractors where the project is located to properly implement the project steps.
7. Collect and analyze economic information sources to propose investment decisions to superiors.
8. Evaluate investment risks and opportunities, determine the best investment opportunities to promptly propose implementation plans to superiors.
9. Carry out investment preparation work, investment plans and negotiation documents related to project development, ensuring transactions are conducted in accordance with the company's instructions and procedures.
10. Prepare estimates of construction works and projects assigned by leaders.
11. Implement reporting regime according to the Group's NQQC

Job requirements:
1. Professional qualifications:
- Graduated from University or higher with majors: Economics - Finance, Construction, Law, Environmental Resources...
- Foreign language: Basic English
- Informatics: proficient in office, AUTOCAD, Project.
2. Experience:
- Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working at Construction Investment Companies and Real Estate Companies
3. Age: 30 years old or older.
