Record information about the cause of product errors, and suggest solutions
Receive information and handle quality problems of products produced at the factory.
Receive products from production and quality control departments before packaging.
Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Engineering, Warehouse, etc. departments to resolve design and product issues.
Monitor, check rates and specifically evaluate product quality situation from production departments.
