• Customer care: Respond and advise new customers on hotline, page...; Contact old customers to get feedback on service.
• Developing sales: finding potential customers, developing and maintaining close relationships with architectural consulting companies, construction companies...
• Coordinate, monitor and implement steps of the sales process (consultation - order/cancel order - shipping - delivery - return - refund).
• Search for customers through management accounts and groups, provide care, and advise on closing orders.
• Coordinate closely with the technical, installation, and subcontracting departments on technical issues related to the project: stone quality, color, wastage, schedule, production drawings, and other issues. in deployment.
• Monitor implementation and payment processes, promote collection with accounting. Make contract payments and monitor warranty.
• Create customer data files, collect and update project records.
• Carry out other CVs as required and report CVs to Head of Department II - Candidate Requirements.
• Graduated from economics, communications, business, marketing... Experience in the fields of granite, wood, furniture, construction, automobiles and real estate is preferred.
