- Call to visit the customer in charge. Consulting and introducing the Company's products to customers, closing orders for customers.
- Receive customer feedback, report to Team Leader to resolve if any problems arise
- Track orders, draft contracts and other customer-related documents and records as required
- Enter customer purchase data into the management software system.
- Contact and send documents to customers when requested
- Support the marketing department to develop a program to visit and give diplomatic gifts to customers
- Perform tasks as requested directly from the Board of Directors
