Job description
• Daily follow up agent payment and make delivery orders
• Manage and hand over vehicle records to dealers
• Monitor deposit, payment & delivery status of agents
• Monthly promotion report
• Monitor, update and record the results of each sale
• Other tasks assigned by superiors
Candidate Requirements
• Bachelor's degree, major in Business Administration or Finance is preferred
• Good use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• English both spoken and written
• Experience as admin, sales admin in automobile manufacturers is preferred
• Teamwork skills, explanation skills, writing skills
