- Receive orders from P.KD (Create PR according to BBBG)
- Follow up the delivery plan of the orders (Make the delivery plan excel sheet for the orders)
- Make daily plan, send mail to departments (Manufacturing, KT, KD...) - Update list: NCC delivery delivery plan to send mail daily
- Dispatching the delivery vehicle (Order the vehicle to deliver, pick up the goods. Calculate the number of vehicles to go for that shipment (m3, weight, route ....), make daily dispatch orders, make payment at the end of the month)
- Monitor materials (Check the delivery of materials of the orders, Make sure the materials are delivered on schedule, Report to superiors and related departments if there is a problem about the late delivery schedule)
- Monitor production progress at the warehouse (Update the production situation at the warehouse, ensure production on schedule, deliver problems, send emails and report to superiors)
- Send email, call to monitor the production status of suppliers, outsourcing (Track progress, timely detect LGH delay problems)
- Email reports to customers upon request (Prepare an excel sheet of delivery progress to send to customers upon request)
