JOB DESCRIPTION
Search and consult customers for services of DITC from website, page, forum, forum,...
Provide accurate and timely service information to customers
Process customer's visa application in accordance with DITC's regulations (will be guided through the processing process)
Continuous updates on visa policies of countries on the system
Monitor the process of processing customer records (receiving records, processing and returning results, ...)
Taking care of customers and answering questions about DITC services
Planning to expand and manage CTV resources
Write and send periodic reports
Do other related jobs as arranged by the company
APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience will be an advantage (priority in the field of visa education, ..)
Graduated from college or university
Honest and responsible for work
Good communication skill
