+ Job description

• Call customers whose loans are overdue for more than 180 days to support and convince customers to quickly complete payments and liquidate loan contracts.
• The system will have all the customer's loan information such as: Contract code, Reference person, Payment amount, Fees incurred so that callers can easily grasp information for customers.
• For a group of customers over 180 days, it will be more difficult than for low group positions, you will need to search for customer information as well as follow customer contracts, which will require negotiation skills with customers and finalize payment.
• Ensure early credit processing activities comply with approved regulations, policies and procedures.
