- Understand the requirements and needs of the orders (iron, steel, stainless steel...) accurately and clearly;
- Coordinate with sales department, technical department and suppliers to ensure providing quotes to customers daily, quickly and in a timely manner;
- Negotiate price, quantity, quality, delivery schedule, payment terms... in accordance with customer's order requirements;
- Signing purchase and sale contracts, principle contracts with suppliers according to decentralization;
- Follow up supplier debt, coordinate with sales department to monitor delivery progress, and issues related to after-sale goods quality;
- Search for new suppliers, periodically evaluate and select potential suppliers. Maintain and manage well relationships with suppliers so that quotation work is not interrupted;
- Prepare reports on work results and weekly, monthly and quarterly work plans;
- Working at Education Office: No. 47 – LK11B, Mo Lao Urban Area, Ha Dong, Hanoi;
- Working by office hours from Monday to Friday and Saturday morning.
