Work content:
Jobs related to general administrative and human resources departments and some accounting related tasks:
- Purchasing stationery equipment.
- Assist in preparing and organizing events and welcoming company guests.
- Prepare documents to provide to the outsourcing accounting department (For example: Timekeeping management, Cash receipts and expenditures sheet,...etc.)
- Support Japanese translation when needed
- Other operations as requested by superiors
Request:
-Japanese level equivalent to N2
- Graduated from University, preferably majoring in Economics and Human Resources
-Have experience in tasks related to general affairs - human resources
-Hardworking, agile, eager to learn, good communication skills
-Know how to use office software (Word, Excel)
Workplace: High-tech park, Ho Chi Minh City
