Economic Research and Analysis:
- Conduct research and analyze economic data to support strategic decision making and business planning.
Schedule and Meeting Management:
- Organize and manage the Director's schedule, including arranging meetings and events, and what helps them participate most effectively.
Communication and Reception abroad:
- Communicate with partners, customers, and stakeholders in English. Receive and process information requests from international partners.
Building Reports and Documents:
- Prepare and compile reports and documents presenting economic issues and business strategies.
Project Tracking and Planning:
- Assist in tracking the progress of projects and plans, ensuring that all activities are on track.
Internal Information Management:
- Maintain and manage internal information, ensuring that all information is secure and available when needed.
Assist in Management Tasks:
- Assist the Director with daily management tasks, including handling office work, coordinating content, and implementing special projects.
Job requirements:
- Degree in Economics or related.
- Proficient in English, especially in communication and document compilation.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize work.
- Creativity and ability to work independently.
