Plan recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel throughout the company system
Build and deploy C&B for the entire system to ensure legal compliance and encourage employees throughout the system
Deploy work plans for departments in the areas of recruitment, training, administrative procedures, develop salary and bonus mechanisms, evaluate and measure work efficiency, and make appropriate adjustments to ensure the set goals
Report personal work, HR department and departments throughout the system accurately and promptly, thereby advising the Board of Directors on ways to improve work efficiency throughout the company system.
Coordinate with departments to conduct training, evaluate personnel, discuss meetings, and resolve complaints and questions for personnel to bring a professional, dynamic and effective working environment
Perform other tasks as directed by the Board of Directors
