I. CONTENTS OF WORK
- Call to introduce the center's courses to customers.
- Receive and process information, suggestions, answer questions of customers via Internet / telephone; Transfer the received information to the responsible departments for resolution and monitor the results of that process until it is completed. Make detailed reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing department and Sales department, update the center's incentive programs to customers. Make an appointment for a customer
- Call to introduce the center's courses to customers. Actively plan to periodically visit customers, update information into customer management software.
II. REQUEST
- Graduated from College or above in majors.
- Working time: in shift
+ Morning shift from 9:00 to 18:30,
+ Evening shift from 13:00 to 21:00. For evening shift: 13:00 - 18:00 at the company; then 18h - 21h at home
- The voice is easy to listen to, inspiring and convincing.
- Good communication skills, agile and professional manner.
- Ability to handle flexible situations, ability to work independently, proactively, effective time management skills.
