Work content:
- Answer questions, consult, support processing online orders.
- Participating in implementing multi-channel sales plans, managing and reporting sales periodically.
- Receive information customers need to advise and guide customers to buy products.
- Taking care of existing customers, handling arising problems..
- Directly chat with customers, reply to comments on Fanpage, company website.
- Support to answer questions, coordinate with related departments to handle customer issues that need support.
- Follow up orders, weekly report.
