JOB DESCRIPTION

Consulting and introducing educational courses and products (Master training programs, international Bachelor training programs with domestic universities and UK, US, short courses with leading experts. in the field of Management and Finance)
Take care of potential customers on the CRM system and develop personal customers by phone, email, facebook, zalo;....
Guide students to register for the exam and complete the entrance examination.
Ensure the job KPI is in line with the team's direction

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Priority is given to Male/Female aged between 22-30 years old
Agility, good communication and the will to progress at work
Hardworking, able to withstand pressure
Experience from 6 months in the field of telesale
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in consulting/customer care
