Work content:
Ensuring Recruitment as required:
- Receive recruitment work according to plan
- Gather job descriptions and recruitment criteria for each position.
- Screen CVs, evaluate and contact candidates to schedule interviews.
- Recruitment organization: Recruitment announcements, posting job advertisements, organizing interviews, updating admission lists, tracking job applications,...).
- Analyze recruitment results weekly/monthly.
Ensure internal communication as required:
- Plan, organize events, internal communications and engage personnel to build and develop company culture.
- Managing the company's Fanpage and Recruitment and Internal Website.
- Prepare internal newsletter content, documents and other communication instructions.
- Other tasks as prescribed by the Department Head and Board of Directors
