#Recruit:
Participating in receiving recruitment needs of departments in the Company, making recruitment plans, coordinating and organizing the implementation of those plans;
In charge of contacting and finding candidate sources through channels to have an effective CV source;
Directly participate in the process of interviewing and evaluating candidates;
Participate in setting criteria and job descriptions of positions.
Manage recruitment data, update reports;
#Organize internal movement culture activities
Intentionally coming up with ideas to coordinate with the staff to organize holiday events;
Coordinate with event parties when necessary;
Implement welfare visits for employees.
#Other HR activities
Update circulars and policies related to Labor Law, social insurance policies, personal income tax (related to employees & businesses)
Management of labor contracts, labor records;
Carry out procedures for receiving personnel - evaluating probationary services - & handling termination and liquidation procedures for employees.
Resolving labor relations or arising disputes;
