- Do office administrative work;
- Answer customer calls using the hotline phone number, provide after-sales customer care;
- Carry out tasks related to warranty work and after-sales programs related to the Company's products;
- Import and export data on new orders and warranty orders;
- Perform other tasks as requested by the director.
b. Job requirements
- Age: From age
- Qualification: Intermediate or higher majoring in Management, Accounting, Finance;
- Proficient in using office computers (word and excel, work-related software;
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, careful, good communication;
- Experience: 6 months or more (not sure if training is possible if agile)
