- Directly procure, deliver and receive materials to serve the operation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant (including machinery, equipment, supplies for the electrical, mechanical, automation and chemical industries, .. .)
- Check the quality and supply progress of all supplies for the operation of the wastewater treatment plant, especially chemicals - a type of material with strict requirements on type, index, concentration, .. .
- Make purchase proposals/orders and follow up orders until the end (from NCC search, contract signing, delivery and delivery, material arrangement/warehouse, product quality inspection, inspection, etc.) check documents according to the committed content, follow up the after-sales process, warranty, ...)
- Periodically evaluate and monitor old suppliers and actively search for new ones and more optimal replacement materials for production and business.
- Proactively propose suitable warehousing and material storage plans to optimize costs.
