JOB DESCRIPTION- Receive customer records, organize and store data
- Coordinating with consultants to come up with solutions for document implementation
- Guide and support customers to fill out immigration forms, apply for visas, work permits, assess qualifications, register accounts...
- Advising customers on procedures and application procedures
- Communicate with lawyers and partners to update investment project and program information regularly
- Communicate with lawyers and foreign partners to update information for clients in a timely manner
- Guide customers to prepare the necessary documents and steps to complete the application
- Regularly update immigration information on the Government's official website
- Plan to process the assigned documents on time, monitor the progress of the application and provide timely support
- Manage, monitor and execute all documents and records that need translation, notarization, consular legalization...
- Synthesize information, store data, compile processing procedures and manage records
- Support other tasks assigned by superiors
JOB REQUIREMENTS- Good English communication (required because of frequent communication with foreign partners and reading and translating documents)
- Good communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- At least 02 years of experience in handling immigration documents and visas for countries, especially the US, Australia, Europe, Canada
- Graduated from College, University or above
- Careful, meticulous, logical thinking
- Ability to work in a team or independently and high sense of responsibility
- Proficient in office skills (Microsoft Office)
