- Support the Director of Human Resources in managing the activities of the HR-NS Department
- Directly manage activities related to recruitment, training, administration, reception
- Directly perform the calculation of salary, bonus, social insurance and other benefits
- Develop internal rules, regulations, regulations and procedures.
- Develop human resource schedules and departmental budgets according to the annual development orientation from the Human Resources Director and the Board of Directors.
- Monitor the use of human resources, plan and develop human resources. Advising the Board of Directors in the coordination of human resources.
- Develop regulations on salary and bonus, measures to encourage - stimulate employees to work, implement regimes for employees.
- Building an evaluation system, organizing personnel evaluation and summarizing human resource quality reports from time to time;
- Build training system, organize for employees to participate in training. Monitor and evaluate training results.
- Proposing measures to increase work efficiency and human resource development strategy.
- Building and implementing corporate culture into the working environment.
- Building, adjusting and modifying the organizational structure, functions and tasks of departments/sections in the company.
- Plan, organize, and supervise the implementation of safety and order, occupational safety, occupational hygiene and fire prevention.
