- Planning for recruitment or training
+ Analyze recruitment needs and make suitable recruitment plan.
+ Implement recruitment plan with other departments.
+ Cultural orientation for new employees, suggestions for training and resource development.
+ Refresh training programs, expand the playing field, organize appropriate activities to create an effective working environment and limit the risk of conflict. - HRM
+ Manage personnel records, propose compensation and benefit policies.
+ Support employees and resolve arising problems, common complaints.
Employee performance management.
Evaluate employee performance quarterly or annually.
+ Ensure all employees in the company comply with regulations on occupational safety and internal policies. - Some related work
Job requirements
Male/Female, College graduate or higher majoring in HR - Admin, administration
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position English / Chinese communication Proficient Proficient in Ms Office, Ms. Project, Power Point,
Skills in conflict resolution, time management, negotiation, relationship building
Able to work under high pressure, logical thinking, decision-making skills
