Job description
- Management of internal human resources
- Recruiting according to the requirements of the department.
- Timekeeping, overtime management, social insurance of all kinds, 24 hour accident insurance
- Manage personnel records and labor contracts.
- Training on welfare policy for new employees and periodically.
- Research and make statistics on the labor market situation in the locality and in the country.
- Assist with general administrative tasks when needed.
- And other jobs related to the profession at the request of superiors.
Requirement
- Graduated from university
- Male/Female, age 25 ~ 29 years old
- 2~3 years of experience in HR position
- Understanding of labor law/social insurance/personal income tax
- Intermediate English or Japanese ~N3
- Proficient in office computers (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Ability to give presentations
- Able to work independently and have team spirit.
Working time:
HR Staff: Mon - Sat: 08:30~16:30 (Saturday off every other week)
Shuttle bus: Shuttle bus from Bien Hoa/Vung Tau
