Job Description

Job content:
-Develop effective channels to find human resources to meet the company's recruitment needs.
-Update recruitment trends, channels and techniques to propose improvements to the recruitment process.
-Manage relationships with companies introducing personnel, develop recruitment methods through recruitment agencies to improve recruitment efficiency; Propose and execute recruitment events.
-Manage posting on company pages and various media. Plan and manage recruiting events and seminars.
-Monitor and manage the effectiveness of the recruitment & referral process, research and update new recruitment methods, and use data to adjust and improve the process.
-Support HR in daily operations of the department and general administrative work.
-Responsible for organizing CSR programs and activities of the company, coordinating with HR & Admin department to organize company events and activities to build company culture and connect people.
- Proposing and implementing recruitment plans. Propose an initiative to use recruitment techniques to find qualified professionals and a diverse pool of talent (social networking platforms, employee referrals, direct contact recruitment, mining). internet data...).
-Provide in-depth analysis of human resources status, recruitment challenges and resource forecasting for the Board of Directors to propose appropriate action plans.
-Updating and proposing improvements to competitive HR processes, policies and regimes to ensure effective recruitment, building and developing strong human resources.
- Develop and implement medium and long term recruitment strategies.
- Support the internal HR evaluation process.
- Management of recruitment team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
***Required:
- Japanese language ability: N1
- Salary: Negotiable according to ability
- Experience: From 3 years
- Can work long term.
***Priority requirements:
- Experience in self-planning and implementing plans to achieve the set results.
