■JD: The organization has about 10 members, HR/Admin Lead is responsible for creating a comfortable working environment for employees, and is also a bridge to ensure smooth business operations by communicating in Japanese with Japanese president and managers at headquarters in Japan.
- Manage and handle tasks related to Admin/GA
+ Timekeeping management, insurance, salary calculation, labor regulations,...
+ Responsible for controlling office equipment purchases, managing Company assets, and managing office expenses
+ Support preparation and organization of company events.
+ Manage file files, contracts, official dispatches and contract documents for providing goods and services.
- Recruitment: Internal recruitment and working with headhunt

■Requirements:
- Female. From 30-40 years old
- Graduate
- Foreign language: Japanese Upper N2~ N1
- Basic English
- Have at least 3 years of experience in equivalent position: HR/GA/Admin/Sales
- Experience in leading a team
- Preferred: Experience in managing an organization of about 10 people as a leader and managing general issues.
- Dynamic, willing to learn and contribute ideas
- Flexibility in work
■ Working hours：Monday-Friday (8:00-17:00), Saturday works every other week
