1. Recruitment
- Make a recruitment plan, determine the number of employees to be recruited
- Organize candidate capacity assessment, deploy recruitment work for the company
- Organizing the reception of new employees.
2. In charge of human resources
- Develop job descriptions, title competency standards
- Supervising and checking the performance of timekeeping, salary calculation, insurance, and PIT for employees every month.
- Perform PIT registration, dependent registration, PIT finalization for employees
- Monitor and update the system of changes to raise/lower wages of employees. Periodically synthesize information, analyze and propose adjustments on salary, bonus and remuneration in accordance with the labor market and actual conditions of the Company.
- Monitor and resolve policies for employees.
- Organize and store records, contracts, monitor personnel changes, list of employees in the Company
- Drafting labor contracts, relevant documents such as decisions on receipt, appointment, transfer, transfer, discipline... and update personal records of employees.
3. In charge of training, managing administrative work
- Coordinate with the managers of the training planning department
- Organizing and implementing training activities for the company
- Good control of the company's regulations and rules
- Establish, implement and improve HR and administrative processes
- Managing the general administrative activities of the company
- Perform other tasks as required

- Graduated from a regular university majoring in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Labor Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law...
- Proficient in human resources, social insurance, salary calculation, bonus, recruitment, decision, Labor law.
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel
- Good interviewing and communication skills;
