Job Description Production Technical Manager position :
Monitor and focus on monitoring and ensuring the operation of the production line
Responsible for building production processes, planning technical improvements, implementing, monitoring all aspects related to production techniques to ensure product quality.
Proposing to improve the production process to ensure output as well as product quality. Proposing remedial plans, as well as contingency plans for errors arising.
Regularly exchange and periodically report on production activities with superiors
Guiding and training to improve skills for Vietnamese workers in building production processes, handling problems when they arise
