Recruiting and building a human resources system within the managed sales department
Complete mandatory training courses as prescribed
Training and development orientation for FC, UM.
Plan and implement revenue generating KPIs for affiliated sales departments
Report weekly business situation and revenue to the Sales Director
Understand the process of submitting and processing customer documents to guide the team.
Request:
Graduated from University of Economics or related fields
At least 1 year working in a similar position (for insurance industry)
Have maintained an agency management position for at least 1 year or more
