- Participate in the process of reviewing the plan and building a factory to produce high-class furniture, wood, and loose furniture (machinery, materials, human resources, ...)
- Organize the production of loose furniture products in the middle & high-end segments.
- Manage human resources, machinery, equipment, product quality and production schedule, supervise production stages
- Organizing, deploying and operating production to ensure productivity, output, quality and schedule in accordance with the production plan.
- Organize, manage, arrange and arrange human resources in accordance with production requirements and staff capacity
- Organize and implement the tracking of production orders from receipt of workpiece production details to finished products
- Instructing the correct implementation of operating procedures for machinery and equipment in production
- Quickly solve problems and incidents that affect production progress and product quality.
- Manage and supervise the design staff to ensure the highest efficiency.
· Build and deploy production processes, ensure operation and optimize production resources
· Be responsible to the Board of Directors for all activities of the Factory.
- Advise and plan for the Board of Directors on the operating budget of the Plant in each period
WORKING AT : Factory in Nguyen Khe Industrial Park, Dong Anh, Hanoi
JOB REQUIREMENTS
· At least 03 years of experience in a management role at workshops/factories that produce wood and loose furniture. or similar products
- Priority is given to candidates graduating from University/College/Vocational training majoring in Interior, Architecture, Forestry, Engineering and other related disciplines.
· Priority will be given to candidates with experience in setting up, recruiting and organizing the production of loose furniture products in the mid- and high-end segments.
· Knowledge of production management, production management and production management standards.
· Experience in production planning, warehouse management, import and export of raw materials, finished products, ...
· Knowledge of the market, related products.
· Ability to manage and operate. Withstand pressure.
