Drafting and managing quotations and sales policies
- Keep the proposals and contracts of the sales department and the company down
- Drafting contracts when sales staff have agreed with customers to agree on basic terms, get opinions from business managers, coordinate with other departments to finalize contracts, set up signing procedures , save the contract.
- Directly perform contracts, receive and make orders to perform related jobs
- Collect market information, receive customer feedback, answer customer inquiries
- Monitor and urge customer debt collection, monitor customer payment progress, report to finance department
- Take care in conjunction with sales staff to handle after-sales issues
- Taking care of customers who are performing contracts, closely monitoring promotions, gifts, incentives, customer support from the Company
- Track the process of importing goods from customers, the amount of goods sold, consolidating customer inventory, providing information to the sales department
- Update sales data, sales reports
