Đảm bảo khả năng kinh doanh, tạo lợi nhuận, doanh thu của nhóm. Đạt sự tăng trưởng và các mục tiêu bán hàng đã đề ra, thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh chiến lược, xây dựng đội ngũ bán hàng chuyên nghiệp.
- Xây dựng, thiết kế các kế hoạch bán hàng, kinh doanh và mở rộng;
- Quản lý điều hành nhóm Kinh doanh;
- Quản lý việc bán hàng;
- Tuyển dụng, đào tạo nhân viên mới, nâng cao phát triển lực lượng nhân viên bán hàng cũ.
- Xây dựng, chăm sóc và duy trì quan hệ và phát triển nguồn khách hàng;
- Triển khai thực hiện chiến lược, kế hoạch kinh doanh theo chỉ đạo, đảm bảo doanh số theo KPIs được giao;
- Báo cáo doanh thu, chi phí và dự báo thực tế cho Quản lý bán hàng.
- Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ khác liên quan đến giao dịch mua bán sản phẩm bất động sản do công ty phân phối.
