Senior Recruitment Consultant - English or Chinese Speaking at Ho Chi Minh City - Iris International

* Job Purpose
Our Client is a 9 year-old regional boutique search firm covering junior to mid/C suites level roles. Our clients include global fortune 500 MNCs, Singapore branded SMEs and others. Company has offices in Singapore, China and Vietnam.
As part of company expansion, they are now looking for individuals in Vietnam with an interest to be a Senior/Principal Consultant to grow with their team.
This person can progress to become a Lead Consultant managing a team.

* Responsibilities
- Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles
- Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary
- Browse resume databases and portfolio sites
- Join social media groups and professional networks and interact with potential candidates
- Advertise open positions to external networks
- Ask for referrals from current employees, acquaintances, and industry professionals
- Maintain organized databases with candidates' data (eg in our ATS)
- Attend job fairs and organize career events
- Keep in touch with past applicants
- Use Boolean search to look for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
- Conduct benchmark research on compensation and benefits for various positions and seniority levels
- Measure source of hire and time-to-fill for each role
- Research and recommend new sourcing tools and techniques

* Job Requirements
- General Degree / Diploma
- Age range betweenyears old
- Over 5 years of recruitment experience, good track record and client list
- Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search)
- Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (eg resumes databases and portfolio sites)
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities (particularly when making cold calls and sending recruiting emails)
- Time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple open roles simultaneously
- Good decision-making skills
- Having experience in team management is a plus
- English or Chinese (Mandarin) required
