Be in charge of performing full spectrum of compensation and benefit include:
+ Payroll calculation and management, attendance/ leave record for employees
+ Social & health & unemployment Insurance
+ PIT declaration, PIT finalization & dependence registration
+ Discipline violation processing for employee
+ Control and do labor contract, violation decision, salary increasing decision,...
+ Analyze and do reports related C&B
+ Manage performance appraisal and 13th salary, bonus yearly
+ Other tasks is assigned by management
