Search for customers who need to export and transport goods;
Develop new customers, build relationships with customers who are businesses, chain stores, and trading shops that need to use goods transportation services through the company's available data;
Planning to develop and expand customers, maintain and develop old and new customers in the field of freight forwarding - Mainly freight and air freight for export goods (including international freight , domestic and procedures related to import and export);
Offer services and negotiate terms related to logistics services: prices, services, ship schedules, contracts, ...;
Maintain, care for and develop relationships with suppliers (Airlines, Shipping Agents...);
Coordinate with customer care and operations departments to resolve problems and ensure customer service quality satisfaction;
Report directly to daily, weekly, monthly work to the Manager in charge;
Other tasks within the scope of functions of the Sales Department are assigned by the Manager, Department Head or Board of Directors.
