Job description
Support translation of all tasks related to Japanese employees who cannot use Vietnamese at the company.
- Translate documents, reports, internal emails.
- Field translation within the company.
- Translate internal meetings and diverse meeting contents related to accounting, warehouse management, services, and business, including contents related to top senior management.
- Requires basic knowledge of business, importantly being able to clearly understand the thoughts of Japanese employees, along with relying on a foundation of knowledge, customs, and using a rich vocabulary to be
Communicate in Vietnamese in the most complete way, also need to have good communication skills.
- Requires Japanese equivalent to 1 kyu, English communication is relatively good.
- Active and self-aware in work. can quickly grasp work and
understand the way Japanese people work and their desires
REQUIREMENTS
- Female
- Can work in Binh Duong
- Have over 3 years of experience as a Japanese interpreter or assistant director.
- Japanese N1 and English: listen - speak - read - write at proficient level.
- Willing to learn and cultivate knowledge in many different fields
- Understand Japanese culture and ways of working.
- Always be proactive at work.
Shuttle bus: shuttle bus in District 1
Salary in Gross & Net ： up to 1500$ gross (negotiable)
Working time： • Monday to Friday • 8.00AM~5:00PM
