I/ Job description
- Receive and control documents, vouchers, and proposals from departments before submitting to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Control the legality of documents and contracts issued and signed by the Company
- Support the Board of Directors in internal and external relations, meet, discuss and negotiate related work with the company's partners
- Report and perform tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
- Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, work schedules, organize meetings according to the direction of the Board of Directors,
- Prepare documents and collect necessary information as requested by the Board of Directors
- Receive, classify, arrange, process information, documents, and materials from Departments and summarize and send to the Board of Directors
- Store relevant document information
- Participate in performing part of the Human Resources Administration work at the request of the Board of Directors
- Deploy and monitor the Board of Directors' instructions to departments
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
II/ Requirements
- Graduated from university or higher
- Good appearance (1m6++ tall or higher, female age 9x, unmarried)
- Communicate confidently, quickly, and have diplomatic and foreign affairs skills
- Careful, meticulous, skillful, able to withstand pressure at work
- Have at least 2 years of experience as an assistant or secretary
- Good office computer skills in text, word, excel
