Position: Director's Secretary
work content
- Communicate information from the Director accurately to all relevant Units/Departments and receive feedback for the Director.
- Monitor implementation, urge, inspect, synthesize and report results in monitoring the implementation of decisions, notices and directives of the Director to the Units/Departments;
- Monitor and report work progress of Units/Departments as requested by the Director.
- Coordinate with relevant Units/Departments to organize meetings, working sessions, receptions, and business trips.
- Drafting documents, notices, and directives of the Director
- Check the content and presentation format of all documents of the Units/Departments before submitting to the Director for approval and signature for promulgation;
- Directly receive submitted documents/opinions from Units/Departments to submit to the Director for approval;
- Secretary of meetings chaired by the Director;
- Send documents, store documents, official dispatches, and records for the Director;
- Draft and respond to letters at the request of the Director;
- Monitor and report to the Director on the Company's activities as required;
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Director.

- Graduated from University of Economics/Business Administration/Finance/English Language/Public Relations/Banking/Tourism
- Can go work.
- Have teamwork skills and complete DEADLINE well.
- Confident, professional, skillful and careful.
- Honest, with good communication and situation handling skills.
