Job description:
- Prepare, synthesize and print documents during the bidding phase;
- Prepare and monitor paperwork, legal documents, payments, and contracts according to schedule & process;
- Perform tasks related to giving flowers/gifts for opening ceremonies, holidays, and birthdays;
- Monitor customer payment progress;
- Customer care according to the Company's general program;
- Update customers on project implementation progress
- Organize and record project meeting minutes.
