1. Arrange and remind the working schedule, meeting schedule, business trips, meetings of the CEO (including: preparing documents, collecting necessary information, recording meeting minutes.
2. Re-communicate the General Director's information to relevant departments and divisions and send feedback directly to the General Director.
3. Urging and reminding Departmental Managers to complete the tasks implemented by the General Director.
4. Receive, classify and arrange documents for submission to the CEO.
5. Supporting diplomatic work, welcoming partners, organizing parties/meetings at the request of the CEO;
6. Make periodic reports to ensure complete, accurate, fast and timely information
7. Perform logistics for business trips of the General Director such as: booking air tickets, booking hotel rooms, contacting partners...
8. Monitor and pay working expenses for the CEO
9. Coordinate with the Administration Department, send flowers and gifts on holidays and anniversaries in the internal and external relations of the General Director.
10. Other jobs as assigned by the General Director
