- Planning, organizing and participating in the development of the quantity & quality of human resources:
- Mastering the recruitment criteria of ChubbLife Vietnam in particular and the industry
HR in general.
- Post job vacancies and attract candidates.
- Approach, contact and support candidates.
- Screening resumes and arranging interviews for candidates.
- Attend all training courses to improve skills of the company.
- Directly interview and train candidates after recruitment.
- Support to organize events at the Company, organize Board interviews, 1:1 interviews
